After completing paperwork and sending it overnight to another dealership who then sold the vehicle out from under my 19 year old son who was stranded After completing paperwork and sending it overnight to another dealership who then sold the vehicle out from under my 19 year old son who was stranded in Florida without a vehicle, Ricky bent over backwards to get him into a vehicle that night. Details are too complicated to share due to financing, needing to title the vehicle in North Carolina, insurance and banking issues, especially after 5pm in the evening on a Friday, but after many calls between our insurance agent, and Ricky, and finally their finance team, my son drove away in the vehicle of his dreams. Ricky and the finance department bent over backwards to help us. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
