He showed us the trucks that were all around what we were looking for. But I could not stop going back to the F350 Platinum It was perfect. Scott asked if we wanted to take a test drive and it was everything we needed, Scott told us all about the bells and whistles and even answered the question a few times for the not so techno person my husband is. Great customer service I bought a used truck from Gibson Truck World and purchased an extended warranty with an outside company. My truck had a motor issue and the warranty I bought a used truck from Gibson Truck World and purchased an extended warranty with an outside company. My truck had a motor issue and the warranty would not cover it, I call Gibson and they fought for me the best they could and the warranty company would still not cover it. They then told me they would send me money towards the new motor I had to put into my truck. It helped out a lot and Gibson Truck World has great customer service. It was a smooth purchase when I bought my truck as well. I am over all satisfied. More
