Professional and Honest Service Great Trucks I purchased a truck from Gibson because their prices were fair and competitive. The buying experience was seamless and quick. I had the truck a few weeks and noticed some surface rust on the moving parts underneath. Totally cosmetic but not what you expect when you buy a newer truck. I called Gibson and Brent and Chris both went above and beyond to get me in and correct the issue. They never made excuses or gave me a hard time. They simply wanted me to be satisfied.
