I’d actually give them zero stars. Javitz the salesman was AWESOME!! However, the Service Department is beyond horrible!! I’ve taken our new RV to them multiple times for service only to be basically was AWESOME!! However, the Service Department is beyond horrible!! I’ve taken our new RV to them multiple times for service only to be basically told I don’t know what I’m talking about; being told they fixed the problem when the didn’t; and I’m still waiting on them to replace the flooring in my RV and it’s been 14 months and it’s still not fixed property. We continue to have multiple problems with the same issues. We loved our RV when we bought it but now we’re disgusted with it and Giant Recreation World. The main phone receptionist is rude. I’ve emailed the big boss Joe and never received any reply back. Customer Service at this dealership is non-existent. We regret buying from GRW. More
