Total chaos and lack of redpect Service department is totally chaotic. Personnel had no idea what is going on, a tech named Samantha had a seriously bad attitude and acted like it wa Service department is totally chaotic. Personnel had no idea what is going on, a tech named Samantha had a seriously bad attitude and acted like it was putting her out to do anything, she was a total smart allec to the service writers. The used car manager acted like one the vehicle was sold it was no longer his problem even though I had issues less than 24 hours after my purchase. As he stated to me you signed the deal you agreed to the vehicle "AS Is" even though I had a we owe bill for work that was promised at the sale. The vehicle looked like it had been sunk in the mud and his response was ill undercoat it for 800 dollars. The salesman who sold me the vehicle was the only decent person there. Oh and the vehicle appraiser under appraised my vehicle by $14,900.00 be a se he was not paying attention to what he was doing. Again to busy trying to look cool in front of all his buddies that did nothing but stand around gossiping about other customers. When I was inspecting my vehicle a salesman stood outside the entrance staring me down throwing dirty looks at me. This used to be a great place to buy a vehicle but I'm sorry to sa Mr. Ghent your dealership has gone downhill badly. I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know looking for a vehicle to go somewhere else. Very Very Disappointed. You lost a lot of potential customers. I will never step foot in there again. I I want to get disrespected I'll go to McDonalds. More

We needed some work done on our vehicle that we had purchased threw them, which was a fantastic and easy experience all in it's own. The service department was exceptional!! They got our vehicle in right away, the parts were ordered as fast as possible, and they kept in contact with us about updates. They took care of all the warrantee information, problems and paperwork and there were no kinks in that process as well !! The most wonderful part is when they found out it was going to take longer than expected, they loaned us their customer rental car, and we ended up needing it for 2 weeks, with no charge. You can tell the whole company works so well together as a team, and when that happens everything runs so smooth!! Highly recommend them for any vehicle needs you may have!! More

Service Dept Made an appt a week in advance for oil change/tire rotation...was on time for appt. 3 men at service desk just looked at each other, one finally aske Made an appt a week in advance for oil change/tire rotation...was on time for appt. 3 men at service desk just looked at each other, one finally asked the other if he wanted to take me...to which he replied, "take her information, I've got this to handle." Xavier asked me my name and phone # and said some would come into waiting area to sign paperwork. About 40 minutes later, another service man came in to tell me my car was done...I asked if they did a courtesy wash, he sighed and said "I guess we could do that" and left paperwork at cashier desk. When I saw the charges, I asked if they rotated the tires. She said no and went back out to service area, where they completed the tire rotation. I told them when I dropped the car, I had a coupon for both, but the charges did not reflect, so the paperwork had to be done again! All the while, a Manager asked how my day was going. When I said I'd had better service, he replied "oh, I'll walk you out". Xavier was on the phone , pointed to my car and continued his phone conversation . I asked if the key fob was in the car, so the Manager said "well let's look, and proceeds to search my car...looking for the fob. I went back to the desk, where Xavier, still on the phone, handed me the fob. Sorry, but rude behavior and nonchalant professionalism, will not bring my business into this dealership. However, I continue to receive their advertisements, and solicitation for my business...really? More
Xavier is a great driver We had to bring our Suburban in for work back in February, then again today. Xavier drove my kids and me to pick up one daughter from preschool, then We had to bring our Suburban in for work back in February, then again today. 5 star service. I went in for my regularly scheduled Oil change and tire rotation. While checking my air cleaner they found that my rear washer fluid hose was pinched I went in for my regularly scheduled Oil change and tire rotation. While checking my air cleaner they found that my rear washer fluid hose was pinched in between a bolt and washer. That was keeping my rear washer from working. They saved me a few bucks on getting it looked at somewhere else. More
