Best Cutomer service I took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu in to have oil changed and to have a license bracket attached. The wait was short for the oil change, and they ordered my bracket. The bracket was in early the next day, I did not understand the process to have it installed, and the Service Manager, Ron, and Service Advisor, Tonya, made sure I left the dealership with bracket attached, and were very patient with me. I will ALWAYS return to this dealership for all my service needs!!! More

Bad business practices In March we purchased a 2008 hybrid Tahoe for 18k from Ghent and paid $2250 for a three year extended warranty. The process was simple and pleasant. W In March we purchased a 2008 hybrid Tahoe for 18k from Ghent and paid $2250 for a three year extended warranty. The process was simple and pleasant. We had to replace the spark plugs, brakes, roder and tires but these were to be expected. The first week in December the car began to make knocking noise. I called Ghent to ask if my warranty would cover this and they said the warranty wasn't valid because it was a hybrid. I asked why the cost of the warranty wasn't refunded and they said there had been a paper mix up and they would send me the $2250. I told the guy I was speaking to that I only wanted a car with a warranty so he transferred me to sales where I told the salesman what happened and he said he would help me find another vehicle but then stopped returning my calls and emails. The car started dying later that week so instead of driving it to Ghent I payed to have it towed there. They said it needed a new engine at the price of $7300. I was in shock. I went into the sales (since they wouldn't return my calls) and spoke with a salesman about the whole situation buying the car with the warranty, the warranty not being valid but no one telling me or refunding it and he was very compassionate. I told him I wanted to trade back in the Tahoe that I had bought from them and get a car with warranty. After about two hours of waiting they told me they would give me only $4k for the car I paid $18k for just a few months ago. They stood to make over $8k plus on the Tahoe after fixing it and all said and done they were intent on screwing me out of more money even though I had already been through so much. I would never ever recommend someone do business with these individuals. Their business practices are immoral and only concerned with money not with standing behind their vehicles or their warranties. More

Awesome new car purchase! I had gone to three dealers before Ghent and all three said they couldn't finance me because my credit wasn't the best. Then I show up to Ghent and meet Angel who was very friendly and understood my entire situation. He said he could put me into a new car with full warranty and the whole 9 yards. I was in shock. When he pulled up the car, he really made me and my kids laugh when he showed us the vehicle. He even got inside the trunk to show us the space. We were very excited. We love our new Cruze. I'll be going to Angel for all my vehicle purchases and sending all the people that I know. Thanks Ghent for a great experience!! More

The sales staff was good, and worked with us to give us what we wanted for our trade in. The Expedition was already a few thousand below book so that price was great. The finance team and leadership has been the problem. We wanted an extended warranty. The finance team suggest a 4 year vs the agreed on 3 year and stated that it could be canceled if we didn't need it. The vehicle was great but we bought it to tow our camper. It did a horrible job towing so decided to trade it in on a different vehicle as we did get a great price and we found a dealer that would give us what we paid for it. We had the Expedition for less 60 days. That is when we were told by Ghent that the warranty is not cancellable and we would lose the $4500 that was paid for the extended warranty. Reading the contract showed that the dealership could cancel it with in 90 for any reason. Working with them we were told no it’s not cancelable. More research showed that the lienholder could request it canceled so the sent a request to the dealer and still no progress. We have not been told no yet but we still get told it’s not normal to cancel the warranties. At this point we just want the dealership to honor their contract and cancel the warranty as requested by the lienholder. Ensure you read the contract as this is the first time in the 5 vehicles I have purchased an extended warranty for have I had an issue cancelling so I can trade the vehicle in. Overall my only issue with Ghent is in regards to the extended warranty, purchasing the vehicle was fine. More

Total chaos and lack of redpect Service department is totally chaotic. Personnel had no idea what is going on, a tech named Samantha had a seriously bad attitude and acted like it wa Service department is totally chaotic. Personnel had no idea what is going on, a tech named Samantha had a seriously bad attitude and acted like it was putting her out to do anything, she was a total smart allec to the service writers. The used car manager acted like one the vehicle was sold it was no longer his problem even though I had issues less than 24 hours after my purchase. As he stated to me you signed the deal you agreed to the vehicle "AS Is" even though I had a we owe bill for work that was promised at the sale. The vehicle looked like it had been sunk in the mud and his response was ill undercoat it for 800 dollars. The salesman who sold me the vehicle was the only decent person there. Oh and the vehicle appraiser under appraised my vehicle by $14,900.00 be a se he was not paying attention to what he was doing. Again to busy trying to look cool in front of all his buddies that did nothing but stand around gossiping about other customers. When I was inspecting my vehicle a salesman stood outside the entrance staring me down throwing dirty looks at me. This used to be a great place to buy a vehicle but I'm sorry to sa Mr. Ghent your dealership has gone downhill badly. I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know looking for a vehicle to go somewhere else. Very Very Disappointed. You lost a lot of potential customers. I will never step foot in there again. I I want to get disrespected I'll go to McDonalds. More

We needed some work done on our vehicle that we had purchased threw them, which was a fantastic and easy experience all in it's own. The service department was exceptional!! They got our vehicle in right away, the parts were ordered as fast as possible, and they kept in contact with us about updates. They took care of all the warrantee information, problems and paperwork and there were no kinks in that process as well !! The most wonderful part is when they found out it was going to take longer than expected, they loaned us their customer rental car, and we ended up needing it for 2 weeks, with no charge. You can tell the whole company works so well together as a team, and when that happens everything runs so smooth!! Highly recommend them for any vehicle needs you may have!! More
