We were sold a Lemon 2 years ago we bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse, and noticed there was a clunking noise from the rear end. I took it to the service department several tim 2 years ago we bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse, and noticed there was a clunking noise from the rear end. I took it to the service department several times and they told me each time there was nothing wrong. After feeling defeated I waited a year until I heard the noise even worse and my husband took it to another mechanic, where they easily pinpointed the problem with the rear differential. $1800, and now the front is making the same noise. Today I had an appointment in the service department to look at it, and waited for an hour and a half until I realized they hadn’t even moved it or looked at it. Only checking my Check Engine light when I was ready to leave. More

This dealership is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM GHENT MOTORS. This is the WORST dealership to buy from in the County. They coerced and manipulated their contract. They lied multiples times. They are terrible, shady business people. They sold me a 6.2L engine, come to find out it was only a 5.3L and they tore off the engine sticker so no one would know, I got ripped off almost $6,000 on the vehicle. They wont cancel my extended warranty because they found out how to weasel there way out of stealing your money!!! This place is a JOKE, NEVER BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM HERE. More
