Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with Purchased 2 vehicles in a years time, the last vehicle I purchased I had approximately 6 moths and my transmission went out there service department t Purchased 2 vehicles in a years time, the last vehicle I purchased I had approximately 6 moths and my transmission went out there service department thought it was ok to install a used transmission without even consulting with me they received around 3200 from my warranty and another 750 from me, got my car to the house and there is a transmission oil leak now I take it back they want more money do I take car back now there is a leak approximately 4 times bigger than the first. I have dealt with many service departments and this is by far the worst there is I don’t know much about law but if I did I would not think twice about a law suit for the port service they provide and still gave the nerve to charge while causing additional problems to a vehicle and still want you to pay for their mistakes. More

The vehicle I purchased a 2008 chevy impala seemed in good shape. within 2000 miles of having it I brought it to an independent mechanic to have the transmission serviced and other services done. found a bunch of metal in the transmission and before I could get it back to the dealer the torque converter went out in it. this is only the second time I have bought a car from a dealer and it is terrible. they will not work with me in any way nor will they offer me even a discount to try and get it fixed I traded in my Buick that ran fine and never left me stranded anywhere I had hoped I was moving up in the world with a nicer vehicle I was wrong. Along with that problem they parking pawl inside the transmission didn't work properly and rolled out of a parking spot hitting another vehicle which almost caused me to have to pay a 1000 dollars for a claim my only saving grace it was a guys old car and I just paid for the parts. I'm just glad it didn't fail and run over someone's kid. Then I went to the dealer and picked up service center paperwork for the vehicle and found that the technician recommended brakes and wiper blades which I was not informed about it needing. I thought dealers had to inform you of parts that were recommended replacements. especially if the part has to do with safety. When I called them pretty much the only answer I received was that were sorry you bought a used vehicle you get what you get. apparently the service center doesn't know much of what they are doing because I mentioned it should of had a transmission service done and the guy told me yeah it should be done before a 100,000 and I was like as a dealer you shouldn't know that it should be done every 50,000 and with the vehicle being at almost 98,000 you should of done that to be on the safe side but they didn't or else they would of caught the potential failure or just lied to me about it as well. Please use another dealer I would hate for someone to end up with a vehicle that is of no use to them that could roll out of a parking spot and be a safety hazard to others. More
