Our salesman (Terry) was very nice and helpful! We arrived at the dealership at 4pm on a Saturday already knowing what we wanted just had to agree on price. They took forever on the back and forth We arrived at the dealership at 4pm on a Saturday already knowing what we wanted just had to agree on price. They took forever on the back and forth and we got up to leave twice! Then they insulted me on my trade in offering me way below market value! We ended up buying the truck we wanted at the price we wanted but we didnt leave there until 9pm!! Part of the deal was a new set of tires and an oil change which took them a week to complete! Overall not a bad experience they just have no appreciation for others time! More
