Scott was great, unfortunately I ended up waiting for my service when I had initially requested a shuttle ride. I had just missed the shuttle. It took over 3 weeks to talk to someone in the service department. We left messages because the service manager was not available, and those messages were never returned. I even attempted to speak to the department. We left messages because the service manager was not available, and those messages were never returned. I even attempted to speak to the general manager and was never called back. Once we finally got an appointment the work was never completed and we had to reschedule 2 weeks later. What good is an appointment if they can't even do the work? When we finally got the work done they offered a free oil change. This is a small token for the headache caused. Unfortunately this experience is just like every other experience we have had with Ghent. The service department is a joke and a liability to the dealership. GM should pull this dealership from the current management as they are a disservice to the name. It's my understanding is that our experience is the status quo for many other customers. They simply do not care. More
