I bought a cadillac for cadillac service. Ghent does not provide cadillac service. Sales makes promises but their service department does not fulfill the agreement. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and very professional. Aaron was my sales person and he did a great job. My only problem was the trade-in appraisal they gave me on my car. I know it was an older car, but it was in real good shape and very clean. I wasn’t expecting to break the bank, but I thought $500 was not much when I was buying a $31,000 car.
