I always get my oil changes with the service department and they have always been courteous . They keep me up to date on any other services that my car needs. If I could give a ZERO I would. Third time dealing with Ghent regarding service problems/recall and yet I get placed on hold or hung up on twice now. And for the "Manager" not under Third time dealing with Ghent regarding service problems/recall and yet I get placed on hold or hung up on twice now. And for the "Manager" not understand my frustration is beyond infuriating. HORRIBLE place to go ever since Jamie left. Yet again Weld Country Garage has to step in and help us for the third time!! More
