He was kind, down to earth, respectful, empathetic and DETERMINED. And when I messed up my title for trade in- he went with me to the DMV because he knew it stressed me out. I never once felt taken advantage of, but rather I felt like my happiness mattered to him. The owner was also incredible and took the time to sit down with me as well. Here is the issue. They are not the least bit transparent and try to "pack the payment". The car in question was 9,000 dollars. They wrote up a ticket for over 20000 dollars. They had 3,000 dollars in accessories. This is on a 14 year old car. First they was not an itemized list so you had not idea what they were claiming were installed or if they were upselling.
