Went to the dealership for three reasons, one of which was to have a flaw in my tint replaced. After being without my vehicle for the entire day I returned to pick it up. By this time, the person wh which was to have a flaw in my tint replaced. After being without my vehicle for the entire day I returned to pick it up. By this time, the person who was assisting me had left for the day. I got in my car and immediately noticed that the tint was FULL of bubbles. I am extremely disappointed! I believe that they will correct it by replacing it again, but the inconvenience is not acceptable. The representative should have checked the work before they called me to pick up my vehicle. A second reason that I went for service required me to pay, as the other issues are under warranty. There was NO disclosure that using a credit card would in-cure a “service fee”. I don’t know what percentage they charged, but it is nearly $50 more dollars. Had they said something I could have paid in a different manner. I did not realize it until I was home. More

George has always been the best, and he is the reason I keep coming back. But if I ever had to deal with Michele again, I would not go back. I was incredibly disappointed. George is the best and needs a raise. When someone is good at their job you trust that they have your best interest in mind. I always get that feeling from George. I never got that feeling from Michele. It was like she was mad at me or the world and I paid the price. More
