Loaner car was not clean, as it had animal fur and lots of noticeable debris all over the front and back seats and floor. The glass on windows and rear view mirrors had water spots all over them. I did point this out to Service person (Kelby?) and she sent it back to be cleaned. It came back vacuumed but water spots were still noticeable on windows and mirrors. Just think this is worth mentioning as I had to wait at least another 1/2 hour waiting for it to be vacuumed. That should never be okay. It was obviously very dirty inside when some worker drove it up for me to use. Otherwise, having my tire changed went smoothly enough and people I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful. More
