Checking in for an appointment was frustrating. Waited for 20 minutes by the car until our advisor came to check us in. Talked to the guy at the service entrance and he said to wait by the vehicle. More

I am sorry you had to wait, but Chris had another customer that took longer than anticipated. Each customer is assigned at the time the appointment was made so if that Advisor was ready when they arrived they would be taken right away. I am not sure what happened with the carwash. You should have gotten a complimentary wash with your service. If you wanted an interior cleaning your vehicle would have to go to detailing and that would be the holdup.
