I was driving on 64 when the low tire pressure symbol showed on my screen. I headed for Gettel with the thump thump starting. Just made it into service. I knew it would need 2 new tires. The attendant sq showed on my screen. I headed for Gettel with the thump thump starting. Just made it into service. I knew it would need 2 new tires. The attendant squeezed my car into your busy schedule. They had tires in stock that were compatible with the newer tires on the car. It would be a 4 hour wait. Luckily it was only 2 1/2 hours. The car was washed. Excellent service & extra effort to resolve my emergency situation. Waiting room was pleasant. All personnel were very helpful, pleasant to work with. I was a drive in with no appointment with a flat on a new car. It was very busy but they took me in got me an uber so I didn't have to wait 3-4 hours in the waiting room. Have used Gettel for 10 years and am car. It was very busy but they took me in got me an uber so I didn't have to wait 3-4 hours in the waiting room.
