The service was done on a recall by Toyota. I was greeted by Jerry, and Matt handled my appointment. Both were very helpful to explain the procedure and answer any other questions I had. Charles greeted me as I pulled in. He was very friendly, he did a brief inspection of the tires, checked under the hood and then asked what worked needed done. It was a routine service of oil change etc. and to replace an annoying squeaking fan motor on the blower for the A/C. Now understand that all of this is warranty work. Charles said "no problem we'll take care of it." Less than 2 hours later I was driving away very happy. Charles made the visit a great experience. Another thing that made it a great experience is the cleanliness of the entire operation. Very nice to see. More

I was really happy when this dealership opened in my area. I recognize the value of genuine OEM parts and service, and try to get my car serviced at a dealership whenever possible. However, my recen area. I recognize the value of genuine OEM parts and service, and try to get my car serviced at a dealership whenever possible. However, my recent experience here was that the service department misdiagnosed an issue (intentionally or unintentionally, I don't know). They told me that I would have to pay a fixed diagnostic fee of several hundred dollars before they could tell me what the definite diagnosis was, and they refused to give me a ball-park repair estimate for the type of problem I was experiencing until I paid them for the diagnostic. I refused the diagnostic fee and was able to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere without the diagnostic procedure "required", per Gettel, to diagnose the vehicle's issue. This was potentially an honest mistake on the part of an inexperienced or incompetent technician, but I was left with the feeling that the Service Department was trying to squeeze whatever margin they could out of me, knowing that I might refuse the repair based on cost. Not well played in either case -- they lost a customer. More

I dont own a Toyota but saw the great brand new dealership and brought my Honda in. Wasg greeted on the service drive and was treated like a V.I.P. Wish my Honda dealer did that !
