First of all when I pulled up the service man told me he couldn't start my car because the battery was broken so I went out and started my car put it in reverse and then forward and moved my car for him. When I received my car after 2 hours of waiting I went into my car went to go wash my front windshield only to find out they didn't top off the fluids so I had to turn around and the gentleman that was there actually topped off my fluids and took my car through the wash car he was an older man with a mustache and beard. The boy who dropped off my keys to Michelle was a short Spanish guy. Also they forgot to put a sticker in my car so I know next time when you come. So yeah not to happy with the service department. I had to have my husband check the oil to make sure it was actually clean and full that's how much I didn't trust them More

Service was sloppy. 3 valve caps missing, 1 half off. Car delivered with dried soap spots. I brought the car for oil and filter change and tire rotation. They did the work. When I drove back home the car is moving to one side.i scared to drive. They said you have to change that tire or put the tire in the original state. I said ok you can put back the tire rotation. They did . Then there is no problem found for driving. Their initial test on tires were wrong. They changed 48 dollars for tire rotation shamelessly. I am upset wasting my time and money , and lost the confidence to bring the car again in future. More
