I received a coupon for Gettel’s oil change service and after the department associate accepted the coupon and completed the oil change, I was not able to redeem the coupon. I was told they do not accept c after the department associate accepted the coupon and completed the oil change, I was not able to redeem the coupon. I was told they do not accept coupons, however it came from their company. I followed up with Diane, she assured me that I could get a refund of the difference upon returning and bringing the receipt and coupon that was rejected. I went to the dealership and spoke with Jack regarding this issue. He was very hostile towards me and refused my refund. I followed back up with Diane again regarding yet another unfortunate situation, however she did not return my call. It is not about the money at this point. I am disgusted with the bad business, and lack of personal responsibility this establishment has shown. As a professional in customer relations, I know the importance of maintaining a good relationship and image for the business you are working for. This does not seem to be a priority in the employees at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood. More
I was in for routine service for my2022 Tucson last week. I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to stop the car. I went to service yesterday 11/18/24, the Latin people who attended me were extremely rude and disrespectful. The next day I went for the scheduled service and the people who attended me equally disrespectful, did not talk to details with me about what they did in the service, they gave me the keys and they didn't even tell me where the vehicle was, and the way to respond was very rude. I'm Latina and I emphasize the Latino people who attended me, it's sad because it should be the same how people are treated, an American person came out and took care of me in a very good and respectful way. I hope my comment helps improve customer service training for Spanish-speaking people, thank you.
