George has always been the best, and he is the reason I keep coming back. But if I ever had to deal with Michele again, I would not go back. She was condescending when I asked questions, telling me she had keep coming back. But if I ever had to deal with Michele again, I would not go back. She was condescending when I asked questions, telling me she had been doing it for a long time. Also she refused to match a Gettel coupon so my bill was twice what it should have been. I was incredibly disappointed. George is the best and needs a raise. When someone is good at their job you trust that they have your best interest in mind. I always get that feeling from George. I never got that feeling from Michele. It was like she was mad at me or the world and I paid the price. More

I liked the online scheduling. I do wish more of the options had prices ( even a range). Representative got back to me in a timely fashion - answered my questions. I had an appointment made by Patrick. Our name was not on the list for service. We had to wait twenty minutes when we got there to find out the part wasn't there and the service couldn't Our name was not on the list for service. We had to wait twenty minutes when we got there to find out the part wasn't there and the service couldn't be done. I don't mind being delayed but don't have me drive there then not have parts. I'm getting the service done elsewhere. I've had good past experiences but this I will remember for a long time. More
