We visited 5 dealerships in this process, searching for the right car. I can genuinely say that Paulo was the single best salesperson we’ve dealt with, not just for this car, but for any car. It was so wonderful to work with an experienced salesperson who knew his stuff and worked with us for almost 5 hours, even offering to skip his dinner and bring the car to St Pete for us when my wife was nervous about driving on the highway. The manager we worked with (I sadly forget his name, but he has been a long time employee) was also excelent, providing a needed cool head at the end of a long day. I admired his candor and consultative process. It’s rare to feel genuinely trusting in a car dealership. Finally, Jack was a warm and helpful resource as we worked to fund the payment. He’s clearly an expert and did an awesome job helping my wife feel comfortable making the payment for her new car. My only real complaint is that someone from the dealership is still calling me, leaving voicemails about an appointment I don’t think we ever made. I’m wondering if it’s a scam situation. More

As a long time customer of the Lexus dealer in Sarasota it was refreshing to have a dealership that cares about their customers.
