Antonio and luis, were super professional,and really know the the product and inventory line extremely well.so here is where I was truly impressed.we really wanted a rav 4 but we couldn't reach an agreement on an affordable monthly payment.so instead of the back and forth to the sales manager he went to get the manager a sat him in front me and my wife and he worked the numbers in way that we could afford. And he seemed truly happy to take great care of us. So know we get to the finance office to speak with Alex. and that's always the scary part right, no it was quit pleasant as well. Here's why, they have a system where sales and the manager do some of the signing before you get to finance office cutting that time in half. I was amazed Luis had the car gassed up and the plates on the vehicle while in the finance office so by the time we finished signing.we had keys in our hand.luis set up my wife's phone and showed her all of the operations of the car and we were off.all of this in just over an hour. This is not a dream it really happened.Usually you be in the dealership at least 5 hrs hungry and stressed and totally pissed off cause you left with a car you didnt want. so thank you to the staff at toyota of Lakeland on rt 64 of bradenton.
