Brian and Lori are very down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service. Alex needs to work on his customer service. He's not as charming as he thinks he is. Checking in for an appointment was frustrating. Waited for 20 minutes by the car until our advisor came to check us in. Talked to the guy at the service entrance and he said to wait by the vehicle. A number of other customers arriving before us were greeted and processed before me. It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I wanted a car wash, but was told it would be another 2 hours. No refreshment in the waiting area like other dealers. I will find another dealer for service. More
