I bought a 2020 Honda CR-V. This was my first car and I was buying it out of state, so obviously I was a little worried about the whole process. But my sales person Brian Macneel was very sweet and polite and he explained me the whole process from the paperwork to getting the car shipped to me. The process went out smooth and I got the car delivered clean and good. Joe Doyle was my finance rep and he was amazing as well! Very polite and was respectful of my choices and did not try to push unnecessary extras with the car. Very ethical. Super satisfied customer! More

I was greeted at the door by Brian with a welcoming smile. I was early for my appointment. The sales rep I had been speaking to was not available. I told Brian the vehicle I was interested in. He returned quickly with the key and had the vehicle in front for me to look at within 5 minutes. Brian was knowledgeable about the vehicle which reassured me that I was with the right sales rep. We took a good test drive and had a nice conversation. The vehicle I was interested in was over the budget I was willing to spend. Brian showed me the same vehicle with more miles on it. The vehicle was at the price a was willing to spend. During the paperwork I forgot to bring my reading glasses. I was in luck that Brian had a spare pair that I could use. We closed the deal with the help of Shannon in finance. It was such a pleasure to do business with Brian and Shannon. Without Brian I would have not stayed to look at the over vehicle. Brian was very personable and I felt like I was talking to a new friend. I appreciate Brian's time and knowledge in helping me choose the correct vehicle for me. Brought my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid in for 25000 mile service. Normally work with Michelle, but she was not in, so they put me with Chris Morelli. Big mistake. No issues with my service but the customer who Chris Normally work with Michelle, but she was not in, so they put me with Chris Morelli. Big mistake. No issues with my service but the customer who Chris was helping before us had a terrible expierence with Chris that made us all cringe. An older gentlemen and his wife (probably in their late 70’s) were sitting next to us in the waiting and had been waiting a long time. Chris came over to them and said something in a non-professional tone which caused a reaction by the customer. The customer said that he had been waiting hours and Chris replied that he had told them several times their car was ready (not in the 30 minutes my wife and I had been sitting next to them). He then started to argue with the customer in a berating tone in front of the other customers in the waiting area. His conduct was so unprofessional that another employee had to come over and calm him down. Not only will I not use him in the future, I will no longer bring my vehicle there for service and maintenance. I will go to Brandon where they at least treat their customers with respect. Chris should not be interfacing with customers at all! More
