I appreciated the personal touch as having Yve as my assistant. I was also thankful that I was provided with a complimentary Uber ride home while I was waiting. Then I received a video of the work tha assistant. I was also thankful that I was provided with a complimentary Uber ride home while I was waiting. Then I received a video of the work that was being done! Amazing! And there were a few optional things that could have been done, but I was not "pushed" into them. I really appreciate that. This is my first time to take the car in since my husband passed away. I was kind of dreading it since this was always his "job." But I felt very well cared for and did not feel taken advantage of. Thank you so much. More

I work with Jorge Sandin in service, ONLY! Unreliable maintenance worker i specifically ask to check my tire pressure because I was going for a long drive they said it's part of the maintenance work out but they didn't check all tires were at 26 psi. my tire pressure because I was going for a long drive they said it's part of the maintenance work out but they didn't check all tires were at 26 psi. Who ever is in charge of the complimentary car wash just wet the car I didn't see any evidence of washing it sad. And they forgot to return my wheel locks I have to turn around and ask for it from the mechanic. More
