I needed a key fob . Scott contacted me and scheduled an appointment the best suited my schedule. The day before my appointment my battery had died. With recently purchas Scott contacted me and scheduled an appointment the best suited my schedule. The day before my appointment my battery had died. With recently purchased the vehicle a week prior from Gettel. Scott had advised me to let the greeter know I had a dead battery. As soon as I arrived Scott was right there to take care of my vehicle even though I was an hour early. My battery was replaced and key fob was made with no charge. My vehicle will now only be serviced at Gettel. A flawless fast turnaround on my vehicle was such a pleasure. Thank you Scott, I appreciate your highly professional 5 star customer service. I will highly recommend this dealership and service department . More
