I’ve been back to the dealership for two different issues 3 times that were promised but still waiting to be deliver After the sale you are a nobody. I’ve been back to the dealership for two different issues 3 times that were promised but still waiting to be delivered. Shady finance guy who adds on warranties and tries to hide the final cost. He makes up what is covered and what is not. Made us made over 3 hours then try to rush us thru to avoid reading all the “fine print”. Then you get sticker shock when you see what it costs, try to cancel then. It’s like trying to cancel a timeshare. Horrible treatment More

Dealership experience was very good. I have since emailed Brian MacNeel, our sales person, a few times and have had no response. I did get a response from Patrick Smith in sales, but he was unable to answer my questions and referred me to Alex in finance. Alex also failed to respond. I guess I should have asked everything I needed to know before I left the dealership! We do however love our new RAV4 Hybrid. More
