I was driving on 64 when the low tire pressure symbol showed on my screen. I headed for Gettel with the thump thump starting. Just made it into service. I knew it would need 2 new tires. The attendant sq showed on my screen. I headed for Gettel with the thump thump starting. Just made it into service. I knew it would need 2 new tires. The attendant squeezed my car into your busy schedule. They had tires in stock that were compatible with the newer tires on the car. It would be a 4 hour wait. Luckily it was only 2 1/2 hours. The car was washed. Excellent service & extra effort to resolve my emergency situation. Waiting room was pleasant. All personnel were very helpful, pleasant to work with. Having had horrible experiences @ dealers in the past, this was very pleasant. No pressure from Kevin Ward at all. Since the first time we spoke, he kept in contact and did a fantastic job creating a vide this was very pleasant. No pressure from Kevin Ward at all. Since the first time we spoke, he kept in contact and did a fantastic job creating a video of the Miata for me to review, as I was 3 hours away from Gettel Toyota. Upon arriving, the car was ready to test drive and it was a blast. Even got to take the wife out on a ride. We sat down and stated our price and in comes Jerry Schwartz the Sales Manager. He was great (Until I found out he served in the Air Force....hahahahaha!!!....I am a Navy Vet!!....Thank again for your service) and we were able to come to an agreement on the car. Now in comes motorcycle riding Jack Veletanic, and it was all over....Just Joking! Such a nice guy and he laid all the finance paperwork out on that fancy big screen and was super clear about all the documents that we signed and was able to get us back to Pinellas Park just in time for Sushi Dinner!!! We did have some confusion with the financing but Jack was able to get it resolved. The biggest thing Jerry and I discussed was that we were able to discuss a deal and not get nasty about anything as it should be, as there is enough anger in this world. Could I have gotten a better deal, why yes, but they have to pay bills too. Thank you Kevin, Jerry and Jack for taking care of us. Would definitely recommend Gettel Toyota for your car needs! More

I was a drive in with no appointment with a flat on a new car. It was very busy but they took me in got me an uber so I didn't have to wait 3-4 hours in the waiting room. Have used Gettel for 10 years and am car. It was very busy but they took me in got me an uber so I didn't have to wait 3-4 hours in the waiting room. Have used Gettel for 10 years and am always very satisfied. My rep was busy but Yve took care of me and she was great. Someone else got me the uber. I think I have 4 reps help me. Many thanks. More
