I brought the car for oil and filter change and tire rotation. They did the work. When I drove back home the car is moving to one side.i scared to drive. I bought the car back to the service station and rotation. They did the work. When I drove back home the car is moving to one side.i scared to drive. I bought the car back to the service station and explained. They checked the car and found something wrong with one of the tire. initially they said all the tires are good. They said you have to change that tire or put the tire in the original state. I said ok you can put back the tire rotation. They did . Then there is no problem found for driving. Their initial test on tires were wrong. They changed 48 dollars for tire rotation shamelessly. I am upset wasting my time and money , and lost the confidence to bring the car again in future. More

Our service person left for lunch and left us stranded as we had another appointment. Fortunately another young lady who was only at her job for a month helped us out.
