I purchased a 2021 low mileage Tundra, the negotiation wasnt bad ,Terry and his manager were knowledgable and pleasant. The finance person was not very friendly, I still dont believe he was honest with me wasnt bad ,Terry and his manager were knowledgable and pleasant. Dollars. I was told it would cost me 196.00 in interest if i pay the loan in 3 months. If i find this is untrue i will not let it pass without reporting him. He was not a nice person and had no patience when I asked questions, he also tried to say the vehicle was not toyota certified, i was also charged for vin etching , i noticed it had not been done so i let terry know , he took it in the back and said they did it.
