I went to another dealership in the area (Toyota) to look for a brand new car for myself, which I was hoping would be a Camry or a Corolla. I went in looking and while the lady was nice, she didn't really se for a brand new car for myself, which I was hoping would be a Camry or a Corolla. I went in looking and while the lady was nice, she didn't really seem like she cared and her manager wasn't very responsive at all. Perhaps he thought I couldn't pay, seeing as I'm still a student, but whatever the case, I didn't like that and I went searching elsewhere. Elsewhere to Scion of Lakewood. There I met Cathy Fenske, who met me before I even came into the building. She was nice, courtesy, and I really could tell that she cared. She wanted to put me in the best car for me. While I was at the other dealership, I saw a Rav4, but I wasn't really compelled to drive it. Cathy got me to drive 3 different cars. She pointed out that a Corolla was as smooth a ride as the Rav4, and got me back interested in the Prius. Eventually I had to settle on the Camry or the Prius, because both were just really good, efficient cars. I think my heart was always set on the Prius and she could see it. She really looked at my preferences rather then just selling a car to me. She really was the best. It's been a week since and I just picked up my car today, and she was still the same. Still a caring person who looks out for her customers. She even gives out her own personal cell just to help people. How much better can you get then someone that cares that much about you and your car? I don't even think I know. Thank you Kathy for everything you've done. She sent me home in a 2011 Prius that I will never, ever forget. More
