Joe Medina took lots of time to explain everything from the smart-key and Bluetooth to driving modes and he had the patiences to repeat the process a few times. The service from this dealership was really exceptional. Talking about service ...Mr Medina actually delivered the automobile to my home. And Travis made sure things ran smooth. Creepy and pathetic It could happen to you… I should have walked away when Jerry pretty much insulted me by telling me that I couldn’t afford the Camry. I just didn’t wa It could happen to you… I should have walked away when Jerry pretty much insulted me by telling me that I couldn’t afford the Camry. I just didn’t want to pay for their add-ons. Jerry also lied about the packages, and by telling me that “invoice” price is what dealer pays… He’s definitely a liar as he claimed himself. Typical old school salesman who can’t stand someone way smarter than him. So I wanted the Camry. Contacted corporate Gettel and they told me that I could get it without the useless extras that they wanted to shove on me. Do not get Toyota Guard Platinum! Things get worse. I “ordered” the Camry. Paid a $500 deposit and the car never came. They never ordered the car… 8 weeks waiting for nothing… Waste of my time, which is worth $$$,$$$ The one who was supposed to handle this was the “general manager”, Jeramie Snelling. This guy… He handed it to Chris Brunson, who took my deposit, told me that he had located the vehicle and never heard back from him, as he told me he would call me three days later. Phone calls, emails, no answer…. Renita Garcia, emails, no reply… There was this guy, Nick Waddell, who even told me that my car was coming in a week. Lie… Why would they take my money if they never planned to order my car? Why would they lie for so long? Beyond bizarre right? Jeramie Snelling actually answered a couple of emails, but once the time of “delivery” came, he never answered again to emails or voicemails. Jeramie Snelling is known to be rude to customers. I would agree… These people update their voicemail message daily, so they heard me, but ignored me completely. I even went to the dealership after being ignored and this guy didn’t even have the decency to speak to me. What a “general manager”; this guy can’t even handle a customer face to face. He should be cleaning toilets instead. This is the worst customer service I ever received in my entire life. Total nonsense. They never told me what happened. Nothing. They are so arrogant. I just wanted a car, these people took my money, never ordered it, and played me for absolutely no reason. Does this makes any sense to you, the reader?... Just got a fully loaded 2018 CRV at Hendrick and very happy with it. More expensive than the Camry I was planning to buy… I have no complaints about corporate Gettel, or the Gettel family in general. I will never step in gettel lakewood again unless they get rid of Jeramie Snelling. More
