I honsetly believe that if most "human beings" had the same work ethic, patience, and professionalism that Mrs. Choon demonstrated during a very challenging, lengthy, and a little contentious frustration on my part those human beings would be wildly successful at whatever they do. The dealership was closed, locked, void of any activity outside of myself, Mrs. Choon and the Sales Manager and at no time did Mrs. Choon even think or suggest we continue the next or another day. She had the same energy, and attention to detail at the close of the deal as when i walked in the door, and truly believe Gettel Toyota of Lakewood in Bradenton is wildly lucky she is a part of their sales team.
