Best Car Buying Experience....Ever! I've purchased several new and pre-owned vehicles over the years, and my experience at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood this week topped them all. From the w I've purchased several new and pre-owned vehicles over the years, and my experience at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood this week topped them all. From the warm greeting Gino gave me at the door, to the friendliness, patience and consideration (I walk with a cane) that all the Gettel staff afforded me, but particularly internet sales specialist Wayne Young, throughout the transaction process, was superlative. Wayne addressed all my queries & concerns about the 2015 certified pre owned RAV4 in a candid & clear manner that gave me the information I needed to be fully confident with the purchase. He accommodated my walking disability by assisting me in fetching items from my rental car, and returning that car to my home, to save me an Uber trip later back to the dealership.. Wayne's service was exceptional and not something I had experienced previously at other dealerships. I then completed the financial end of the transaction with warranty & payment information discussed with Chris in a patient & professional manner. Chris gave me all the paperwork on flash stick. How neat is that? Wayne then presented to me "my trophy", my beautiful shining certified RAV4, spotless both inside & out. The car is running great & my wife Sue & I like everything about it.
