Bad detailing Had to show them 2 times what they missed when I paid over $180 to have a complete detail. For that much should be done right the first time. He was extremely well versed in all aspects of the car and I left very much expecting to return and working with Dan on a purchase. Since Lakewood was my first stop I told him that I was not buying today but was doing further research. As I did my search at other dealers I discovered that in speaking with my son who had purchased a Tacoma this past year had purchased it from a friend at the Sarasota dealership and that he was my prior neighbor. I bought a RAV4 from him because of that personal relationship. I want it to be known what a great job that Dan did with me and if it would not have been for the that personal relationship in Sarasota I would have returned to Dan. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and easy to get to know. I wish I could have given him an opportunity to make the sale but unfortunately I did not return to allow that to happen. More
