Paulo was the initial dealer. Pros: He was friendly, attentive, and not overly aggressive. Cons: His limited English led to some miscommunication, and he only put on a mask when I asked him to (the sale attentive, and not overly aggressive. Even with it on, he didn't wear it properly (covering his mouth only), and at one point left it off completely when we were both inside the car. This is a major concern, which applies to the entire dealership. I was shocked that the staff, including the manager (Jerry), were not required to wear a mask at all times, yet no one in the dealership had them on at their desks or wore them properly when with customers. The rating was brought down to 3 stars because of the unhealthy environment and applies to all employees of the dealership - not just the two that I worked with. More
