I recently had to have my car serviced, but had just moved here. I called a couple places and the customer service on the phone was so horrible, I just couldn't bring myself to schedule an appointment w moved here. I went a long with my parents to buy a new vehicle or possibly lease a new vehicle. Because they didn’t want to navigate that on their own. Both Ken and Dan went above and beyond to help keep my parents payments within their financial budget. I have been in the area for 8 years and have personally bought 2 other vehicles at a different dealership and considered myself a lifetime customer at the other dealership.
