Everyone at the dealership was great. Mine was a bad situation. An a/c compressor installed by another dealer was defective. Because I live here now, I went to Gettel. They confirmed the defect immediately, but it took FIVE MONTHS to get a replacement through Toyota. I don't blame the dealership. In fact, they comp'd me some minor services because of the delay, even though it was not their fault. Otherwise, excellent service. I'll be back! More
