Was told I needed $800 work on my 2020 Rav 4 with only 25K miles. Invoice states "customer requests" when I did not request it, I told this was needed. She was pleasant but feel I was lead to believe that 25K miles. Invoice states "customer requests" when I did not request it, I told this was needed. It's not been driven very much and it seems to me highly unlikely that it needed that much maintenance. Also wasn't told that there were dealer discounts for $99 Alignment and $15 off wipers. Was this end of year push? More
