Everyone we met at LWToyota was very friendly and honest. We took a while to decide which RAV4 to get coming from the 2017 Prius, whether or not to stay hybrid or not and/or buy or lease. So many decisions We took a while to decide which RAV4 to get coming from the 2017 Prius, whether or not to stay hybrid or not and/or buy or lease. So many decisions! In the end we didn't' go hybrid as they pointed out it would take 4 years to start feeling the savings bc we were financing. This to me was Incredibly honest, since there would have been more money for them to earn if we bought the hybrid. Our best interest was important to them. Brian was extremely patient with our indecisiveness, and so where the other managers we spoke with. I will be returning Monday to get the ceramic coating which was recommended as we purchased the car and plan to have it for another 7-10 years. They will also be meeting with me and my husband that day to explain all of the incredible SAFETY features that are enhanced since 2017. The Gettel Toyota Of Lakewood Ranch dealership is Supreme!! More
