We had a bad experience when we brought our car in for a checkup. Patrick never called or left a message that the car was ready - we waited all day. Never heard back from Jerry Schwartz (over 3 yrs) re: replacement mat. Asked for information on how to contact Toyota and nobody knew that info. Very condescending attitude and no apology for not calling when car was ready for pick up. Asked about strange discoloration on rear view mirror, said it was cleaned but no explanation of what cases the discoloration. Not looking forward to returning to this dealership. More
