I was just telling a coworker today that I had never been one to take a vehicle to the dealership for repairs that weren’t under warranty but over the years I have changed my opinion after constantly receivi one to take a vehicle to the dealership for repairs that weren’t under warranty but over the years I have changed my opinion after constantly receiving excellent customer service and not to mention the trustworthiness of the technicians work. NMY appointment was at 1130am it was 130 pm and my car was not ready, when I asked on what's taking so long Patrick turned his back on me stated was a bit busy and forgot about that I was there.
