First time in. beautiful building, clean, waiting room large. I had made this appointment several weeks ago. I asked to speak to the service manager and to my surprise he was available and he did talk to me. I explain to him why I was upset and he offered to give me a different person but my guy was becoming available soon. So I waited for the guy. He ended up being awesome! He came out to the waiting room a couple of times showing me different things and stuff they found wanted to know if I wanted certain things fixed. They thought that my car would be in there 3 to 4 hours it took approximately three hours. I was happy with what they did for me and even though it’s pricey you were a lot cheaper than my Hometown. I am from Michigan I know that they don’t have very many cars on their lots so I think they’re making up for it in service although I probably shouldn’t tell you this on every item you did for me you were at least 30 to 50% cheaper except for one thing my guy was one 7995 and you guys were 219 but your salesman match the price and did that work for me also. I have on several Toyotas and which seven of them were Pruis ‘s . I’m 59 years old and I’ve never had a car with 50,000 miles on it Due to Covid and the lack of being able to find a new one this car has had 100,000 miles. Other family members who always buy my cars when I go to get rid of them have Prius for their kids in college and they have 250 to 350,000 miles on them. I will be glad when things get back to normal so I can buy another new Prius but for now you guys did the hundred thousand mile recommendations for me and I was very happy with your service More
