I recently had my car in for auto butler. I thought the whole car was supposed to get cleaned before they applied the product. Around the trunk was still dirty,black marks on my car surface,i I thought the whole car was supposed to get cleaned before they applied the product. My service visit went quickly and people were friendly. I went over the paper work and it looks like they checked everything. I'm going to schedule Auto Butler in a week if they have an opening.
