Had my Rav4 serviced at Gettel Toyota and they did a great job, had me in and out in about 1 hour. The service manager Luke Bezuyen was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was taken care of. The service last week was excellent, very timely, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. I have been in IT for over 40 years, and I don't like unsolicited surveys like this one. If it was not for the excellent work by Luke Bezuyen I would not have bothered to answer. I know the data is helpful to you, however, it's time consuming for me even though it's not a long survey. The bottom line is that "I don't work for you", and I don't get paid to do this. So, if I don't respond to another survey, it is because I see no value in it for the customer. More

Dropped my car off at 8:45 am - they let me know it would be 2-3 hours max. They were doing tire rotation and recalls. Returned to the dealer at 11:45 saw my vehicle sitting outside figured it was done. Wh be 2-3 hours max. They were doing tire rotation and recalls. When I went to the service desk after waiting another 10-15 minutes to even be helped I was told it hasn’t even been brought into the shop yet !! (Customer service rep wanted to have an attitude as well..) I have purchased 2 vehicles from you and was about to get a 3rd in the upcoming 2 weeks. But will take my service elsewhere. . More
