I think the people at Gettel are a great asset to Toyota. They treat you like you matter. They keep you informed all thru a service appt. One of them actually showed my wife how to check the cabin air filter...when it needed attention and $$$ was super tight. The world is tough enough, one doesnt need to worry about trusting their dealer/service tech. We dont worry about it...We go to Gettel. More
