I was very satisfied with the service but when all the work was completed and someone came out and told me my car was done and that’s when the problem started. He sent me out the side door to go try to f work was completed and someone came out and told me my car was done and that’s when the problem started. He sent me out the side door to go try to find my car in a parking lot filled with several other cars. It took me over 1/2 hour to finally find my car. Very upset about that. Plus my car warranty allows me a new key fob every year. I was never given that offer. More

Tom is really a good service man. Since the 10,000 checkup was done at 3822 miles, just a rotation needed done that would take an hour or so. It was ready. Service form said no new oil now or at 15000 miles when we get to Wyo and Toyota care would run out. Seemed strange. More
