3 hours waiting. No help at all. Snide remarks from kieth and another Co worker... Some guy said to kieth...are you taking lunch. Keith responds... apparently not ! No help at all. I had to find him and he was on the phone with some other customer helping them Instead of getting Me out of there. Not happy with kieth to be honest. Every question I had it was like he knew it all. And I'm upset with Toyota. When I'm buying a car yall are my best friend. When I come in for a service you guys act like you never seen me before. It's uncomfortable actually. Chris my sales lman with the eggs said anything I need within 90 days or 3000 mi he got me. Well apparently that's a lie because my brakes make a clunking noise in reverse and need to greased up again properly. That was all I was asking but got turned away and told the noise is normal and the dealer warrant won't cover it anyway. Haha who's brakes make noise only in reverse ? And who appreciates buying a car with noisy brakes ? Not me so thumbs Down for Toyota sorry not sorry More

My car was operating jusy fine before I got there. Then when I got it back, it made a scraping/rubbing noise every time I make a left turn. Also my service advisor was pushy and very short with me. Horrible. 6 hrs to get a call back. Didn’t even check my sensors. Racked up over $800 of issues. Ridiculous No one in service when I went to get my car. 6 hrs to get a call back.
