I came in at the end of the day as an emergency with what was thought to be a dead battery that needed to be replaced. Upon examination it turned out to be both a bad alternator and a bad battery. We had to leave the car overnight so the work could be done the next morning . As seasonal residents we had no other car here and John worked to get us a courtesy car so that we could get home and I could get to a doctor appointment the next morning. John was extremely nice and very helpful. I would not ever hesitate to go back to Gettel again for any service necessary. More
